same issue with Outlook add-in

I'm also having this issue.

I have an Outlook Add-in that adds emails & attachments into a Notes database. It works on:
- Win7 64 bit with Office 32 bit
- Win7 32 bit with Office 32 bit
But NOT on:
- Win7 64 bit Office 64 bit

Falis with this error message in Visual Studio debugger:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {29131539-2EED-1069-BF5D-00DD011186B7} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

Using dependency walker I find that it reports an error loading nlsxbe.dll where it says ieshims.dll couldn't be found. Yet this error happens both on my Win7_64/Office 32 box that does run the Outlook add-in succesfully and my Win7_64/Office 64 box that doesn't run it. So I feel this could be a misleading error.
